Dr. Matsumura gave an oral presentation entitled “How is a fat-Burning Body Formed?: A New Perspective on Obesity and Diabetes Prevention” at the “Medical and Engineering Evening Salon” hosted by the Innovation Office of the Graduate School of Advanced Healthcare Engineering and Future Cooperative Research Organization Innovation Office, Akita University. Following the presentation, there was a lively exchange of opinions with the participants regarding the future of healthcare in Japan, which is facing a super-aging society.
