• 膀胱直腸障害
• 腱反射亢進、病的反射

Myelopathy hand

• awkward movement
• finger escape sign (+) >> Barre test
• finger opening (< 20/10sec)
• Hoffmann reflex (+)

神経根症状, radiculopathy

• しびれ、痛み
• 脱力
• 腱反射低下

*脊椎症、椎間板ヘルニアのScreening testとして、myelopathy handの所見をとるtestは非常に有用である。
